Mrs. Thompson joined Trust Company of North Carolina in 2026. As Senior Vice President and Wealth Operations Manager, she is responsible for overseeing daily wealth operations while ensuring a high level of service across account administration.

Ashley has previous experience at Charles Schwab Trust Company as a Senior Manager and Senior Trust Officer. Her extensive career also includes similar roles with Wells Fargo, Tiedeman Trust Company of Delaware, JP Morgan Trust Company of Delaware, Wilmington Trust Company, and the U.S. Trust Company of Delaware.
